If there's a power outage in your area, the first step is to check your utility's website for updates on the outage and estimated restoration times. If you can't find information about the outage on the utility's website, you have the option to report it to them directly. In cases where the outage isn't caused by your utility, your property manager should be your point of contact for resolution.
Please note: Ivy has no control or support for a power outage. Your community’s electricity is still grid-tied, so any power outages are handled by the utility company.
